Reseller backups

1. Login into directadmin CP (reseller level)
2. Navigate to Reseller Tools → Manage User Backups

3. Click “Schedule Backup”.

4. Select Users: Choose to back up all users, selected users, or all users except specific ones.
5. Schedule: Set the backup to run “Now” or set a cron time.
6. Choose Location: Select where to store the backup (local or remote FTP). If you want to upload remote ftp, you must submit a ticket and inform ip of remote server to add to whitelist). If you choose local, you can download with filemanager or ftp (main user reseller account, folder user_backups).
7. Submit: Click the “Schedule” button to finalize.
